As a clinically diagnosed work addict turned work-life advocate, it’s now my life’s work to help fellow high-achievers who are struggling to prioritize their own needs to stop burning out, and better manage their well-being by taking their power back.

my toxic family and narcissistic father, who were used to me just taking it
my husband and business partner who was hardwired to help others before helping ourselves
